Danny wars
"Passive-aggressive behavior doesn't help anyone. First, you miss an opportunity to actually address what’s bothering you. You also bottle up your frustrations and create new problems. By the time you actually try to tackle what’s really bothering you, you’re both too upset about too many things to have a constructive discussion." - excerpt from 10 Things You Should Never Say To Your Boyfriend, Shine (Yahoo!)

Sweet Escape
This is it! I'm going to my first vacation out of the country... alone! I would try to make it as productive as possible (even though I am bringing my laptop). I'll never repeat what I held myself up with in South Africa: slept all day.
I'm going to Bangkok sans the parents.

Wow! I forgot I had this blog!
I was so stressed having to go about yesterday - Wednesday morning, Manila time. I was dreaming of people, profit centers and roasted chicken. Everything I desire to see, understand and eat. Imagine being stressed while you're asleep? Oui, c'est possible.
After talking to the PM, I thought we were going to be off to a good start - you know, at least be able to clear out a tiny vague thing or two. Unfortunately the meet-up was a big disappointment, and I was never impressed with him throughout the call. One big challenge we have to face starting now, I thought.
I went home feeling so tired, more because probably I didn't take my vitamins or whatever. But screw it. I'm back to where I was still lost since last Tuesday.
I have decided to go the positive direction despite! Despite having to miss FCS Glee practices, the big "night" on Friday and being on LA shift that, if I think about it, is not soooo great at all. : D
I got my Google Wave invite! Now, how-to for a noob?

Inductive Kickback
Wow, OK. I am visiting the old blogs I had back in college. Purely school-related entries, hahaha goodness, it's so funny how I ranted back then. They are long as well and well, I seem to have sworn at engineering that much. I don't regret to have been in the college I went to, seriously. Good thing I didn't have enough money to switch courses in a snap. Then I'd never get to finish studies at all. Haha.
OK so what up with this Mirror Blog. I added it and now I'm here. Where is this thing going to be mirrored at anyway? I'm not forced to write with sense, but it better be not too lewd. OK, so as I was saying I was reading my blog at Tabulas. Inductive Kickbaq was the name. But it got lost; I think I might have changed it to Quidnunc but... then again the more suspenseful funny one is what I am reading right now, and there's no way that will be ever revealed, hahaha. How childish could I get.
Anyway, it is upsetting to know that you are able to go home strictly at COB to get a good, well-deserved rest, only to find out that once you are an insomniac, you are going to be insomniac for a looong time! So here I am, exploring more of Facebook applications, the business behind them I have no idea of.
So what happened just before I left work? OK, so maybe I did not go exactly at COB. That never happens, who are we kidding? For some good 15 minutes, four of us in the MY Room played the Videoke Challenge on the Excel file I had kept. You know those parts of the lyrics are given and then you are prompted to sing the entire thing to guess the title? Damn funny!
Plus before that, we put some faces to the names and checked out peoplefinder. Lovelies, it is not some kind of stalking but really there's added respect when you get to see appearances. Looks matter, that's all I am saying. For example, it is not polite to address someone young as very old and vice versa. I am too sleepy to explain but I sure hope you get my point.
With this I am signing off to a lovely morning :) We watched the Wimbledon Finals yesterday morning as well, going to sleep at 5 am. You must have an idea by now how abnormal my sleep cycle is. My body doesn't care if it's dark or broad sunny outside; I will sleep when I am tired.
Which is right about now. ;-)

Two kinds of people
Forty-eight years ago, one student had said,
"There are only 10 kinds of people. Those who understand binary, and those who don't."

thought of THE term
if we hear, we forget;
if we see, we remember
if we do, we understand.
